After reading more of Dead of Night, I noticed it wouldnt take much to run a Dexter/Crow style game, where the pc is wreaking bloody vengeance on those who wronged him.
Maybe the character can have the Implacable Specialization (which allows him to shrug off most physical damage.)
Hey why not? It worked for the Crow and this guy.

Do you have a concept and motivation for your slasher or do you want me to throw out some ideas to riff off.
Bear in mind that we probably want to make him a more of a vigilante serial killer (the Crow/Dexter) rather than an evil psycho spree killer (Jason/Leatherface.)

Some baggage can bleed over from the memory recordings most of the training would come from soldiers who have killed a lot of people, the rest is from other dangerous people with skills the corporation could copy.
So the character could be a blank slate with strange flashbacks, a fully developed personality with combat skills he doesn't recall learning, something in between or something else altogether.

not really sure what he would kill for if you get what i mean.

Maybe he hunts those who would prey on children, violent step-parents, drug dealers selling to kids, the old perv from of Family Guy, you know the sickos who need a good slashing.
Maybe the demon in his head appears to him as a rabbit, that is why he dresses in a bunny suit (and to hide his identity.)
